This includes 12-15 interior photographs 1-4 exterior photographs – all edited, sharpend and delivered in 1 size (400 x 600 pixels).

Photo Delivery: Once the photos are shot they will be edited and optimized for quality and delivered to you or the agent of your choice generally within 24 – 48  hours.  They will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.

Note: Image editing does not include removing “objects” from photographs i.e. vehicles,  garbage cans, tree stumps, or dead spots in grass.  Editing refers only to the sharpening and lighting adjustments that may have to be made.

Video Tours –  Condos, Apartments, Town Homes,  All Houses $175.00

Video tours are the leading edge of  marketing tools in the realtor’s arsenal.  Use U-Tube (free) to promote your properties in the City of Edmonton to a global market. Video tours are approximately 90 seconds in length and offer a full voice over narration.

Virtual Tours offer the ability for a client to ‘look around’ a room from one set point in the center.  They provide the ability to stand in one place and turn 360 degrees and see all that is in the room.  Virtual tours do however, by nature of the lens work, distort dimensional appearance slightly towards the ceiling and floor.
