Photo Delivery
Once the photos are shot they will be edited and optimized for quality and delivered to you or the agent of your choice within 24 hours.  If you wish to download the photographs from our site, this can be arranged as well.

Video Tours –  $75.00

Video tours are the leading edge of  marketing tools in the realtor’s arsenal.  Use U-Tube (free) to promote your properties in the City of Edmonton to a global market.  Video tours are approximately 90 seconds in length and set to appropriate music.

Virtual Tours offer the ability for a client to ‘look around’ a room from one set point in the center.  They provide the ability to stand in one place and turn 360 degrees and see all that is in the room.  Virtual tours do however, by nature of the lens work, distort dimensional appearance slightly towards the cieling and floor.

Note:
Image editing includes removing “objects” from photographs i.e. vehicles, sharpening the image and other improvements.

All photographs produced may be used in accordance with MLS rules and belong to the client.  Black Cat Photography reserves the right to use the photographs in marketing material without disclosing location and/or owner information.
